Article Snippet: To obtain joint orientations from movement trials, the data of the PowerGlove were processed using a custom-made, Matlab-based algorithm applying the anatomical segment calibration and information from gyroscopes, accelerometers and magnetometers by using an extended Kalman filter algorithm that fuses all sensor inputs and a biomechanical hand model [ ].
